Hey, everyone, this is Jack from Shanghai, how's everything going? Today, I will talk something about words and action. There's a saying in high school's textbook, "Action speaks louder than words". When I was a child, we were encouraged to do than to show off by words. To some extent, this opinion is correct.

 

But I got a new idea to understand words and action. Please listen to me and we will see what it is. 

 

Words or action, there is a no better choice. Action could bring us  achievements and the gains by pains (no pain, no gain). But words is very important, though. When we practise more words, we will know how to express properly, and how to doing well with relationships between different people. In daily life, there are many people who act like a nerd. They don't know how to chat with people, how to work with people as a team, and lack of the ability to communication.

Everyone has his/her own talents. If we could share our strengths, we could do our jobs better, without wasting too much time. Even for some pefectionists, they are still not that perfect to handle everything.

 

It's benifintial for us to keep balance of words and action. When we need some progress or achievements, we need to just do it without words or reasons. Stay patient, quiet and disiplined. But when we do some teamwork or when we want to hangout with friends, a good manner of expression is very important.
